On 28 June, St Stephen’s Church took part in a sponsored hymn sing to raise money for the Anthony Nolan Challenge, Sing for Life.
The singers achieved their aim of singing 50 hymns in two hours.
Sponsorship money collected so far amounts to about £300 - and there were also akes for sale, with all monies received being donated to the Anthony Nolan Trust.
